Introduction and Consent

300ok ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms form a binding agreement between the platform and its users.

Account Management

4.1 Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out through your account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, 300ok may verify your identity. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national ID card, birth registration certificate or passport. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is completed.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, 300ok may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and launch an investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 300ok platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka) by any method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

5.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Your banking information is not shared with any third party. Withdrawals are always processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the total of the bonus amount and the deposit must be met.

6.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• Winnings earned from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — the next bonus will become active only after the conditions of the current bonus have been fulfilled.
• If conditions are not met within the specified period from the date the bonus was issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed immediately.

6.3 VIP Program

The 300ok VIP program has four tiers: starting from Bronze, then Silver, Gold and the highest tier, Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Platinum. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall playing pattern and activity on the platform.

6.4 Promotional Changes

300ok reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus offer, promotion or VIP benefit at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Funds will be deducted from the wallet as soon as the bet is accepted. 300ok reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds or amounts were displayed due to a technical error.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Live and pre-match betting is available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international matches. If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party technology providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi and others). Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer and are completely fair.

7.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server disconnection or technical error, 300ok will provide a reasonable resolution. However, 300ok is not responsible for internet connectivity interruptions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 300ok platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using programming bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Using information for the purpose of match fixing or gaining unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating or discriminating against other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking activities.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 or below the specified age limit.

If any of these rules are violated, the account will be closed immediately, deposited funds may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

12.1 Closure by the Platform

If any provision of these terms is violated, 300ok may temporarily or permanently close the account without prior notice. If the reason for closure is a verifiable violation, the deposited balance may be forfeited.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time via our live chat or email. Once the request is received, the process will be completed within the designated timeframe. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure.

12.3 Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, you may request that your account be temporarily deactivated for a specific period. While this break is active, access to the account will not be possible.
